This package includes an Extended Initial Consultation + 2 follow ups that can be used at any stage of your pregnancy depending on your needs.

Fourth Trimester Package
Cost: $389
This package includes an Extended Initial Consultation + 2 follow ups that can be used at any stage of postpartum depending on your needs.
This is for you if;
❥ You’re planning ahead for your fourth trimester
❥ You’re in the early stages of postpartum and you are looking for tailored diet and supplement recommendations to support your recovery
❥ You had antibiotics (or other medications) during pregnancy and/or labour and you want to help repair the damage to the gut & immune system
❥ You want to optimise your gut health to support breastfeeding and prevent mastitis

Postnatal Repletion Package
Cost: $549
This is a 3 month package and includes an Extended Initial Consultation + Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) + 2 follow up appointments.
This is for you if;

❥ You’re just are not feeling like yourself since having a baby/babies
❥ You’re struggling with fatigue, food cravings and mood swings
❥ You constantly feel tired, but wired or anxious

The Ultimate Care Package
Cost: $449/month
This package includes an Extended Initial Consultation + monthly check in appointments (up to 45 minutes) + unlimited voice messaging for support between consultations.
This is for you if;
❥ You’re in the early stages of pregnancy or postpartum and you’re looking for tailored diet and supplement recommendations
❥ You’ve had a few health issues in the past and really want to optimise health & wellness for you and your baby
❥ You want to make sure your gut, immune and microbiome are the best they can be during pregnancy, birth & postpartum
❥ You want to set yourself up for an empowering birth experience &/or empowering postnatal experience
❥ You want to optimise your breastmilk microbiome & breastfeeding outcomes
❥ You and/or your baby had antibiotics (or other medications) or exposure to formula and you want to help repair the damage to the gut & immune system
❥ You want monthly appointments to check in, and tweak your nutrition & supplements
❥ You want unlimited voice message support between your appointments to have ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED as they come up.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that it is sometimes necessary to change your appointment. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please contact me directly so we can help you reschedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that we may offer your time slot to those waiting for an appointment. My cancellation fee for failure to provide 24 hours’ notice is 50% of the consultation cost. I appreciate your understanding.
